Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charged a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. ** (Please be advised the refund policy applies to all services EXCEPT micro locs. The deposit for this service is NON REFUNDABLE!) ALL clients have a 10 minute grace period. Booking will be cancelled after 15 minutes or incur $25 late charge if services are still rendered that day (owner discretion)!
